Greg Heller has been invited to teach a Continuing Legal Education course on Traumatic Brain Injury cases in October. At YRCH we have extensive experience in traumatic brain injury cases. We have recovered tens of millions of dollars in these cases over the years. Just as importantly, we have gotten families the resources they need to put their lives back together. We know that a traumatic brain injury can affect not just the injured person, but the entire family. Brain injuries can pose special challenges because they are often "invisible injuries" -- someone can look okay on the outside, but have a grievous injury on the inside that goes to the heart of who they are and how they live their lives. We get it, and we know how to tell these stories to juries. If you or someone you love has suffered a traumatic brain injury, be sure that you consult with an attorney who has experience in these cases.
